COVID-19 UPDATE: EXPECTED SHIPPING DELAYS

We are currently experiencing shipping delays as we work to ensure the health and safety of the teams at our distribution centers.   • Current processing time: Please allow up to 1 - 3 business days to process your order.

  • Estimated current transit time: 12 - 20 business days with insured tracking.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE CONTIGUOUS US

While we want everyone to experience ARIS Leathers, at this time we are only shipping to the contiguous 48 states (this excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

NON COVID 19 STANDARD SHIPPING

  • FREE shipping for orders over $150
  • Only $5 flat rate shipping for orders under $150
  • Standard processing time: 1 - 2 business days
  • Standard transit time: 7 - 12 business days with insured tracking

Please note: *Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for order processing.

ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 3PM EST ON MON - FRI

Standard processing and delivery times are valid for orders placed on Monday - Friday by 3PM EST. For orders placed after 3PM EST on Monday - Friday, or on weekends and holidays, please allow an extra business day for processing and delivery. 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

After placing your order you will immediately receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Once your order is shipped, you'll be emailed a tracking number and a quick link to our Track My Order feature.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the status of your order to appear after it has been shipped using our Track My Order feature. You will need to provide the tracking number given to you in your shipping confirmation email to access this information.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be notified and provided with two or more unique tracking numbers.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
