UPDATE: For all online purchases placed between March 17, 2020 and June 23, 2020, we have temporarily extended our returns to 90 days. All orders placed after June 23, 2020, our standard 30 day return applies. A return shipping fee of $7.95 will also be deducted from your refund amount for using the return label provided.

At ARIS Leathers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us by using our Returns Center, providing all items unless specified meet the following conditions:  

  • Be returned within 30 days of your delivery date
  • Be in its original, unused, non-personalized and resalable condition
  • Be returned with its original packaging intact

Please note: Products on sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or can be exchanged at anytime. Please make sure you select the correct style, color, and size before placing your order. 

We will not accept any returns delivered to us without any prior communication and written agreement between us and the customer. Please make sure all return packages are properly packaged to avoid damage, traceable with a proper tracking number, and insured for the full amount of value to ensure safety. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods while in transit from the customer. 


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If we made a mistake in processing your order - Apologies! This only includes items that are proven to have arrived incorrect, damaged, or defective. In this case we will also refund your original shipping charge and provide you with a return shipping label. If we have the correct item in stock, we'll ship it to you once the incorrect or faulty item is received. If the item is no longer available, we'll issue a full refund to your original method of payment.


SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

STEP 1: Select “Submit a return request” in your shipping confirmation email or visit our Returns Center to access our returns form. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the return process. ARIS Leathers adheres to a strict no-paper policy, so as to reduce waste. This is why shipments do not include a return slip inside our delivery packages.
STEP 2: In the returns form, simply enter the order number and email address associated with your order and click “Start”.
STEP 3: Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return along with your reason for the return.
STEP 4: Once you’ve submitted your return request, you will receive an email confirming your submission along with return instructions.
STEP 5: Please allow processing of up to 2 days after receiving your returned goods to be inspected. You will then receive a confirmation email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

    ARIS Leathers reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with the return policy and are deemed non resellable. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address. In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.


    REFUNDS

    For returned merchandise that has been quality checked and approved, ARIS Leathers will issue a refund equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus the value of the return label (unless otherwise stated) to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

    Please note: Shipping fees for returns will not be refunded.


    EXCHANGES

    ARIS Leathers does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
