We’ve made it really easy for you to shop and buy from ARIS Leathers. All you need to do is follow the process below:
1. Browse our collections and click on the pieces you’re interested in
2. Select a product you’d like, then click “Add to Cart”
3. When you’re ready to checkout, click the cart icon in the top-right corner
4. Click “Checkout”, fill out your address and payment details
5. Click “Complete order” - you’re done!

Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. However, orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Please note that we process orders as soon as we can. To request an order cancellation, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with “Cancel Order” as the subject line.

We take every care to ensure that the product images shown have the most accurate color possible. However, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, differences in computer monitors may result in color variations between the actual product and your computer monitor. Please be advised that in some cases variations in leather grain or texture may also occur due to the nature of full-grain leather. We do our best to provide you with the most accurate images, but please be advised that some variation in color & leather texture may exist.
If we made a mistake in processing your order - Apologies! Please get in contact with us within 7 days from receiving your order and we will solve this for you. For items that are proven to have arrived incorrect, damaged, or defective we will refund your original shipping charge and provide you with a return shipping label. If we have the correct item in stock, we'll ship it to you once the incorrect or faulty item is received. If the item is no longer available, we'll issue a full refund to your original method of payment. We apologize for the inconvenience.

A faulty product claim may be compensated only at the discretion of ARIS Leathers and we reserve the right to offer compensation. Compensation will be paid within 14 days of the date of the confirmation.
Compensation will consist of a full refund of your original shipping charge and we will provide you with a return shipping label at no additional cost. If we have the correct item in stock, we'll ship it to you once the incorrect or faulty item is received. If the item is no longer available, we'll issue a full refund to your original method of payment. We apologize for the inconvenience.
ARIS Leathers offers a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery for all products against defects to the craftsmanship and materials. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, any alterations, or unauthorized repairs made to the product.
If your card is authorized, the payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirming your order has been successful. We will not charge you afterwards for any failed payment transactions.
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) as payment in addition to Shopify Pay, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay.
If you purchased with a prepaid American Express, Visa, or Mastercard gift card, please keep the gift card until you are satisfied with your transaction even if you have used the total value. In case of any order adjustment or cancellation, a credit will be issued to the original gift card.

ARIS Leathers does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
While we want everyone to experience ARIS Leather, at this time we are only shipping to the contiguous 48 states (this excludes Hawaii and Alaska), but be sure to check back periodically for updated shipping options.
Shipping is FREE for all orders over 150$. For orders under $150 shipping is only a flat rate fee of $5.
